The healthcare industry world across has been facing acute shortage of skilled manpower. With ever growing medical advancements, innovation in specialized equipment, precise equipment handling requirements and related more, it has become important to hire specialized healthcare resources who can perform specific job roles with healthcare providers. From the initial need analysis across healthcare providers there forms a definite need for specific job roles to include trained technicians with skills to perform site emergency, pre-procedure procedure, during procedure procedure and post procedure procedure patient patient care. While the demand is huge, in Africa, till date has been no formal knowledge programme to provide opportunity for knowledge seeker to avail and develop skills in healthcare sector.

We did a comparative study with developing nations and could gather that in India alone is a shortage shortage of 7 million million healthcare healthcare workers workers. In their efforts efforts for trying to bridge this gap an intensive vocational training programme is successfully running across cities.
